Information you choose to provide

When you use the lesson enquiry form, email us, call us or apply for a teaching role, Glen Music may receive your contact details and the lesson, availability, experience or application information you choose to provide.

How that information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss suitable lessons and teachers, administer requested services, and assess teaching applications. Please avoid including medical or other sensitive details unless they are necessary and Glen Music has asked for them.

Children and young people

Glen Music teaches children as well as adults. A parent or carer should submit enquiries for a young child and should only provide information that is reasonably needed to arrange lessons.

Services used by this website

• The enquiry form is provided through the website's existing WPForms setup.
• Google reCAPTCHA is used on the enquiry form to reduce spam and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Glen Music videos use locally stored preview images. Choosing play loads YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and connects to YouTube.

Analytics and design resources

The redesigned public pages do not load the legacy Jetpack or WooCommerce analytics scripts. Their two open-source fonts are hosted locally, and all photographic images come from Glen Music's existing WordPress media library.
